This role will be working with both French speaking markets and English speaking markets.

Role Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You'll serve as a key contact between the customer and our internal teams and production, helping to drive sales and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the lighting and electrical industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors
  • Provide product recommendations and technical support tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction
  • Track project timelines, quotes, and order status
  • Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as needed
  • Stay updated on product lines, market trends, and competitive activity

Ideal person:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools (sage desirable)

Production Manager (Lighting Industry)

Mullan Lighting design and manufacture a wide range of customised and bespoke decorative light fixtures for the retail, commercial and hospitality markets.

We are young and dynamic company that is continually expanding who welcome dynamic and enthusiastic members to our team.

Main Duties

The Production Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the production of orders to meet dispatch deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to optimise and improve production efficiencies
  • Overall production planning, scheduling, executing, and directing production activities
  • Ensure all quality controls in respect to materials, process flow, finished products, packaging and H&S matters are adhered to strictly.
  • Supporting Production Supervisors to plan staffing and ensuring relevant training where necessary
  • Enforcement of Health and Safety guidelines and compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Ensure the highest standards of product manufacturing
  • Implementation of Continuous Improvement activities as part of the production process
  • Other ad hoc activities

Competencies to perform the role

  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Must have a good understanding of quality manufacturing standard within metalwork industry
  • Must have good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must be willing to train others and ensure that all staff are trained to required levels

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years proven supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge within the metal fabrication / manufacturing industry would be an advantage
  • Must have previous experience of managing multiple staff
  • Experience of using M.R.P. systems
  • Experience of Continuous Improvement
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fluent in English

Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented welder / fabricator to join our production team in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components used in the fabrication of lighting fixtures, poles, brackets, and related structures. Precision, quality, and safety are essential in producing aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound lighting products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG/TIG welding on various metals including brass, stainless steel and aluminum.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for lighting products.
  • Assemble and weld lighting components such as housings, frames, brackets, poles, and supports.
  • Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications through visual and physical inspections.
  • Use hand tools, grinders, and cutting torches to prepare and finish welded components.
  • Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to ensure accuracy and design compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of welding experience, ideally in a manufacturing or lighting industry environment.
  • Proficient in MIG welding; TIG would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

We are seeking an experienced Café Entrepreneur & Operations Lead to be responsible for building the café business from the ground up—from concept development and launch to daily operations and growth. This hands-on leadership role requires a combination of entrepreneurial vision, operational expertise, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee all areas of the café including staffing, product development, customer service, finance, marketing, and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include:

Business Development & Startup

  • Develop the café concept, brand identity, and unique selling proposition.
  • Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and health & safety certifications.

Operations Leadership

  • Set up operational systems including POS, inventory management, and vendor sourcing.
  • Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all areas of the business.
  • Manage supply chain and inventory to ensure cost control and product availability.
  • Oversee quality control for food, beverages, and service standards.

Team Management

  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team including baristas, cooks, and service staff.
